Cyprus – Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa

What does a man dream about after a year of hard work? About a deckchair, blissful laziness by the sea with a drink in hand. And so, one of the first points on the map of Cyprus was one of the most famous beaches – Nissi Beach. The beach is located in the area of Ayia Napa (south-west of the island). It is a beautiful azure lagoon with incredibly crystal clear water, a sandy beach, with a gentle entrance to the water and a small island close to the beach. The island is easily accessible on foot as the lagoon is very shallow. The whole landscape makes an electrifying impression… It’s worth spending some time here, relaxing on the beach and cooling off in the warm and turquoise water.

Unfortunately, the downside of such places are the crowds of tourists, so it is worth going here as early as possible in the morning to be able to reserve sunbeds. These are paid extra – recently the price was 25 euros for the whole day. Unfortunately, I was forced to buy such a sunbed, because the entire beach is occupied by sunbeds and umbrellas only.
